1. Priority Classification. Urgent

a. Aircraft in Use. Upon receipt of this Technical Bulletin (TB) the condition status symbol of the cited

aircraft will be changed to a red horizontal dash "-". The red horizontal dash "-`*may be cleared when

the inspection of paragraph 8 below is completed. The affected aircraft shall be inspected as soon as practical

but no later than the task/inspection suspense date. Failure to comply with the requirements of this TB within

the time frame will cause the status symbol to be upgraded to a red "X".

b. Aircraft in Depot Maintenance. Same as paragraph 1a. Aircraft will not be issued until compliance

with this TB has been completed.

c. Aircraft Undergoing Maintenance. Same as paragraph la. Aircraft will not be released until com-

pliance with this TB has been completed.

Aircraft in Transit. Same as paragraph 1a. Inspect at final destination.

Maintenance Trainers (Category A and B). Same as paragraph la.

f. Component/Parts in Stock lncluding War Reserves at All Levels (Depot and Others) including war

reserves. Use package markings and contract number to identify whether component is a part specified in

paragraph 7. All components of paragraph 7 were procured under contract number DAAJ09-84-C-A333.

Opening the package is necessary only if sufficient information is not available on the package to identify the

source of the component.

(1) Wholesale Stock Upon receipt of this TB all paragraph 7 items from American General

(CAGE 1W160) located in wholesale depot storage shall be demilitarized and destroyed in accordance with

10d (1). Report compliance with this message IAW paragraph 14d (1).
