WARNING
W e a r welder's gloves when handling hot parts. Failure
t o do so will result in serious burns.
CAUTION
Do not use cutting tip on welding torch or exhaust
m a n i f o l d assembly may be damaged.
1.
P u t center exhaust manifold section (1) in vise.
2.
U s i n g welding torch, heat front exhaust manifold section (2) near joint (3).
P u l l front exhaust manifold section (2) from center exhaust manifold section (1)

4.
T a k e three seal rings (4) out o f groove in front exhaust manifold section (2).
T h r o w away seal rings.
D o steps 2, 3, and 4 for rear e x h a u s t manifold section ( 5 ) .
5.
T a k e center exhaust manifold s e c t i o n (1) out of vise.
