The cranes are completely hydraulic powered and their principles of operation are the same. Individual
control panel, boom and hydraulic cylinder arrangements, and lifting capacities are different. All cranes
are powered from the vehicle's hydraulic system. All are equipped with outriggers for stability during
operation. All cranes use a combination of hinged joints and telescoping members to give them their
m o t i o n s . The hydraulic-powered hoisting winch has an automatic brake to prevent accidental lowering of
the load.
