FRAME 1
1.
A l i n e hole in spring (1) with holes in seat frame (2), with the shorter end of
s p r i n g ( 1) facing top of seat frame (2) as shown.
2.
H o l d i n g spring (1) in place, put in handle (3), alining hole in handle (3) with
h o l e s in spring (1) and seat frame (2).
3.
P u t in pin (4) and put on washer (5).
4.
P u t cotter pin (6) into end of pin (4).
