FRAME

1.
P u t hinge (1) in place on fender (2) alining holes, and put in two screws (3).
P u t on two flat washers (4) and screw on and tighten two self-locking nuts (5)
2.
P u t splash shield (6) and splash shield plate (7) in place, alining holes, and
p u t i n t h r e e s c r e w s ( 8 ) . P u t on three flat washers (9) and screw on and
tighten three self-locking nuts (10).
