FRAME 1

Put t i p o n l a t c h ( 1 ) i n t o e n d o f s p r i n g ( 2 ) .

Put l a t c h (1) with spring (2) in place in lock (3) and aline holes for pin (4).
Put p i n (4) through lock (3) and latch (1), and stake with center punch.

Put l o c k ( 3 ) o n h o o k ( 5 ) .

Put s c r e w ( 6 ) t h r o u g h l o c k ( 3 ) a n d h o o k ( 5 ) .

Put n u t ( 7 ) o n s c r e w ( 6 ) a n d p u t c o t t e r p i n ( 8 ) t h r o u g h s c r e w .
C h e c k that lock (3) and latch (1) work correctly.
7.
P u t S link on rivet (9).
P u t chain (10) on cotter pin (11).
8.
P u t cotter pin (11) through hole in lock (3).

Follow-on Maintenance Action Required:
