R e p l a c e m e n t of Bearing into Housing.
FRAME 1
WARNING
D r y cleaning solvent is flammable. Do not use near an
o p e n flame. Keep a fire extinguisher nearby when solvent
i s used. Use only in well-ventilated places. Failure to
do this may result in injury to personnel and damage to
equipment.
1.
Using solvent, clean bore of housing (1).
C o a t bore of housing (1) with anti-seize compound.
2.
P u t housing (1) in place in arbor press (2).
3.

Place bearing (3) squarely on bore of housing (1).
Put sleeve (4) on outer race (5) of bearing (3).
5.
P u t steel drive plate (6) on top of sleeve (4).

7.
Using press arbor (7), push bearing (3) into housing (1).
