Put instrument panel (1) in place as shown.
1.

Using phillips screwdriver, screw in three screws (2).
Put in two capscrews (3). Put on two washers (4). Using 9/16-inch

wrenches, screw on and tighten two nuts ( 5).
Using 9/16-inch wrench, screw in and tighten two capscrews (6).
4.
Do step 4 again on other side of instrument panel (1).
5.
6. Using screwdriver, screw in and tighten ten screws (7).
