Using screwdriver, unscrew and take out ten screws (1).
1.
2. Using 9/16-inch wrench, unscrew and take out two capscrews (2), one on
each side of instrument panel (3).
3. Using 9/16-inch wrenches, hold two capscrews (4) and unscrew and take off
two nuts (5) and two washers ( 6). Take out two capscrews.
4. Using phillips screwdriver, take out three screws (7).
5. Pull top of instrument panel (3) down and take it out.
