Equipment Conditions

Tail lift pendant disconnected from the vehicle

Remove

(1)

Remove the tail lift pendant cover from the tail lift pendant body. See unit maintenance

procedure 5-155.

Note the positions of and remove the cables (7) from the contactor (6) by turning the

screws (9) counter-clockwise.

(3)

Remove the contactor (6) from the carrier (5) by pressing down on the catch (8).

(4)

Remove the carrier (5).

(5)

Remove the locking plate (3) by turning the screw (4) counter clockwise.

(6)

Remove the emergency stop switch (1) complete with seal (10) from the tail lift pendant

body (2).
