by TM 1-1520-250-23. Maintain a copy of this Technical Bulletin with TM 1-1520-270-13&P. If the unit has a hoist but

does not have any Hoist maintenance information, contact the Technical POC in paragraph 16a.

14. Recording and Reporting Requirements.

a. Reporting Compliance Suspense Data (Aircraft). Upon entering requirements of this Technical Bulletin on DA

Form 2408-13-1 on all subject MDS aircraft, forward a priority Technical Bulletin, datafax or E-mail TO: CDR, AMCOM,

ATTN: AMSAM-SF-A (SOF compliance officer), Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5222, IAW AR 95-1. Datafax number is

DSN 897-2111 or (256) 313-2111. E-mail address is safe-adm@redstone.army.mil. The report will cite this message

number, date or entry in a from 2408-13-1, the aircraft mission design series and aircraft serial numbers in numerical

order.

b. Task/Inspection Reporting Suspense Date (Aircraft). Upon completion of inspection, units will for-ward a priority

Technical Bulletin to CDR, AMCOM, ATTN: AMSAM-AR-E-I-C-U, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5222. The report will cite

this message number, date of inspection, aircraft serial number, aircraft and component hours, and results off the

inspection. Inspection and reports will be completed no later than 14 days after task/inspection suspense date. Negative

report is not required.

c. Reporting Technical Bulletin Receipt (Spares). N/A.

d. Task/Inspection Reporting Suspense Date (Spares).

(1) Materiel in Wholesale Depot Storage. N/A.

(2) Materiel in Retail Storage. Report the quantity inspected by condition code and the resulting condition
