e. Component/Parts in Stock at All Levels (Depot Level and Others), including War Reserves. Upon
receipt of this TB, depot and material activity commanders will ensure the material condition tags of all items
in all condition codes listed in paragraph 6 are annotated to read: " UH-60-02-ASAM-06 (TB
1-1520-237-20-252), Swage Pin Collar, not complied with."
(1) Wholesale Stock - Report receipt of this TB IAW paragraph 14.b.(1) NLT 2 May 2002.
Upon receipt of this message, depot and material activity commanders will ensure all items in condition codes
//A//, //B//, //C//, //D//, and //E//, listed in paragraph 6 are placed in condition code //J// and tagged with a sus-
pended Tag/Label - Material, DD Form 1575/DD Form 1575-1. Do not remove original condition tags. Report
compliance with this message IAW paragraph 14.b.(2) NLT 2 May 2002.
(2) Retail Stock - Upon receipt of this TB, commanders and facility managers maintaining
retail stock listed in paragraph 6 at installation level and below shall contact the supported aviation unit to
perform the procedures required IAW paragraphs 8 and 9 on suspect material. Dispose of discrepant material
IAW paragraph 10. Report compliance with this TB IAW paragraph 14.c.(2) NLT 2 May 2002.
f.  Components/Parts in Work (Depot Level and Others). Depot and other maintenance activity com-
manders will ensure items listed in paragraph 6 are not issued until they are in compliance with this TB.
2.  Task/Inspection Suspense Date. Complete the inspection IAW paragraph 8 within the next 10 flight
hours but NLT 2 May 2002 and report IAW paragraph 14.a.(2) NLT 6 May 2002.

Reporting Compliance Suspense Date. Report compliance IAW paragraph 14.a.(1) NLT 2 May 2002.

Summary of Problem.
a. The Navy has discovered improperly installed Swage Pin Collars on H-60 Collective and Yaw Boost
Servos. CCAD also found a Yaw Boost Servo with this non-conforming installation with zero time since new.
This improper installation will cause the collars to be loose which may lead to possible loss of the Swage Pin.
This problem is identical to that addressed by TB 1-1520-237-20-205.
b. Manpower/downtime and funding impacts - See paragraph 12.
c. The purpose of this TB is to inspect all Swage Pins and Collars on Collective and Yaw Boost Servo
assemblies for proper installation.
