Set FIELD CIRCUIT switch (5) to REGULATOR position.

Set RELAY LAMP switch (6) to OFF position.
Set REGULATOR LOAD RESISTOR selector (7) to OFF position.
7.
Set GROUND POLARITY switch (8) to negative (-) position.
8.
Set BATTERY selector (9) to OFF position.
