P r e s s crankshaft front oil seal (1) out from rear of timing gear cover (2).

o p e n f l a m e . K e e p a fire extinguisher nearby when sol-

v e n t i s u s e d . U s e only in well-ventilated places. Fail-

u r e to do this may result in injury to personnel and

d a m a g e to equipment.

C l e a n timing gear cover (2), six screws (3), three nuts (4), and nine

l o c k w a s h e r s (5) with dry cleaning solvent and stiff brush. Dry with clean

cloth.
