FRAME 1
NOTE
Tag all leads so that they are put back in the same
place.
1.
U n s c r e w nut (1) and take out flame heater ignition lead (2).
2.
U n s c r e w nut (3) and take off flame heater harness (4).
3.
T a k e out screw and lockwasher (5) and take off flame heater harness ground
lead (6).
4.
T a k e out screw and lockwasher (7) and take out ignition unit (8).
NOTE
Some engines with high profile water manifolds have
0.620-inch thick spacers under two clamps (9). These
s h o u l d be taken out with ignition unit (8).
5.
T a k e off two clamps (9).
