TABULATED DATA.
a . G e n e r a l .  R e f e r to the organizational maintenance manual for the tabulated data
h a v i n g to do with the general information and performance of the engine. The
t a b u l a t e d data covering the engine accessories is given in the component technical
manuals.  R e f e r to appendix A for a listing of these manuals.
b . Engine Identification. The engine identification plate is at the right front top
o f the crankcase below the exhaust manifold.  T h e identification plate, on all models,
i d e n t i f i e s the engine as multifuel and gives the manufacturer's name, model number,
p a r t number, serial number, and contract number. On some models the identifica-
t i o n plate has extra information such as valve lash, static injection advance, and
f u e l and oil specifications.  T h e engine identification plate on Model LDT-465-1C,
b u i l t to conform to US Environmental Protection Agency regulations, contains extra
i n f o r m a t i o n having to do with engine exhaust emission controls.
