are not within given limits, throw away part and get a new one.

Measure shifter shaft bore (1).
Measure expansion plug outside diameter (2).
2.
Measure input shaft rear bearing bore (3).
3.
Measure countershaft rear bearing bore (4).
4.
Measure rear output shaft rear bearing bore (5).
5.
