Case Cover.
FRAME 1
NOTE
Case (1) and cover (2) are a matched set. Mark both parts
so that case and cover will not be mixed up with other trans-
mission transfer assemblies being worked on at the same
time.
Do not lose or damage three taper pins (3). They are non-
supply items that will have to be made.
1.
Take out six capscrews (4) with six lockwashers (5).
Soldier A
Take out 12 capscrews (6), 12 lockwashers (7), and 12 nuts (8).
2.
Put back two capscrews (4) into two puller screw holes in cover (2).
3.
4.
Tighten two capscrews (4) until cover (2) lifts off case (1).
Take out two capscrews (4) and throw away
5.
Pry up and lift off cover (2).
