Input Shaft Front Bearing Cover.
FRAME 1
1.
Take out five capscrews (1) and five lockwashers (2).
NOTE
If bearing cover (3) is stuck to transfer case cover (4), tap
sides with soft faced hammer.
2.
Take off bearing cover (3) and gasket (5). Throw away gasket.
Take off outer thrust washer (6).

4.
Tap oil seal (7) out of bearing cover (3).
