Step 3. Check for defective remote controller. Set multimeter to X1K. Set remote controller switch

to ON and place negative (-) probe on pins as shown, with positive (+) probe always on pin

H. As each crane function control is operated, meter should show zero to 15 ohms.

If meter does not show zero to 15 ohms in all control functions, replace defective

remote controller assembly on/off switch (para 17-23).
