Repair.
(1) Using fine mill file or soapstone, file small nicks and burrs from parts.
(2) Throw away damaged parts and get new ones in their place.
Assembly.

NOTE
(1) Assembly of output shaft shifter cover.
FRAME 1
1.
Clamp shaft (1) in vise and put arm (2) in place on end of shaft (1).
Put in screw (3) and lockwasher (4).

Take shaft (1) out of vise.
Carefully clamp cover (5) in vise.

Put in two seals (6).
6.
Slide shaft (1) through bores in cover (5). Be careful not to damage seals (6).
