the same way.

C h e c k that spool assembly (1) and spool bore in valve (2) does not have deep
s c r a t c h e s or grooves.
C h e c k that spool assembly (1) cannot be moved from side to side when in place

i n swing control valve (2).
If damage or wear were found in steps 1 or 2, throw away valve assembly and

get a new one in its place.
