FRAME 3
1.
Put two upper straps (1) in place on top of oil reservoir (2).
2.
Put two tank lower straps (3) in place on oil reservoir (2) and put two screws (4)
through bottom ends of lower straps.
Put on two nuts (5).
3.
Put two screws (6) through upper straps (1) and lower straps (3). Put on two nuts
