CAUTION
B y p a s s tubes on outside of hoist cylinder assembly are
easily damaged. Be careful when replacing hoist
c y l i n d e r assembly.
1.
L i f t hoist cylinder assembly (1) into place on truck. Seat pin

A and B
o f hoist cylinder assembly in two bearing seats (2).
2.
P l a c e wood block under end of cylinder assembly (1).
Soldier A
P u t two bearing caps (3) in place.
3.
Soldier B
4.
P u t in four screws and lockwashers (4).
5.
A l i n e and slide piston rod (5) into bore in crosshead (6). Line

u p groove in piston rod with slots in crosshead.
H o l d hoist cylinder assembly (1) in place.

Soldier A
P u t upper retainer (7) in slot in crosshead (6) and hold lower

Soldier B
r e t a i n e r (8) in place in slot in crosshead.
P u t in two screws and lockwashers (9).
8.
T a k e out wood block from under cylinder assembly (1).
