Surface of cowl opening (1) must be clean, dry,
a n d free of oil and grease before seal (2) is put in.
1.
S p r e a d a thin, even coat of rubber cement on cowl opening (1) and seal (2).
P l a c e seal (2) on cowl opening (1) and
L e t cement dry until it becomes tacky.
2.
p r e s s seal firmly in place.
