EQUIPMENT CONDITION:

T r u c k parked, engine off, handbrake set.

P r e l i m i n a r y Procedure.

T a k e off wheels next to spring seat to be taken off.

R e f e r to TM 9-2320-211-10.

Removal.

FRAME

P l a c e jack (1) under cross tube bracket (2). Lift bracket high enough to

t a k e tube load off spring (3).

Take off four nuts (4).

T a k e off four washers (5), two U-bolts (6), and

saddle (7).
