WARNING
Dry cleaning solvent is flammable. Do not use near an open
flame. Keep a fire extinguisher nearby when solvent is used.
Use only in well-ventilated places. Failure to do this may
result in injury to personnel and damage to equipment.
Clean all parts with solvent.

Using wire brush, clean off any rust or corrosion on spring assembly (1).

NOTE
Only the two longest leaves (2) can be replaced. If any other
leaves are damaged, throw away spring assembly (1) and
get a new one.
Check that leaves (2) are not cracked, broken or worn. If either of two

longest leaves are damaged, throw them away and get new ones.
Check that spring assembly (1) is not cracked, broken or worn. If spring
4.
assembly is damaged, throw it away and get a new one.
Check that four spacers (3) and four clips (4) are not damaged. If parts
5.
are damaged, throw them away and get new ones.
