Take out screw (1), washer (2), and nut (3) from clamp (4).
Take out screw (5) and washer (6).

O p e n swing clamp (7).
3.
Take out steering jacket (8).
4.
T a k e off clamp (4) from steering jacket (8).
5.
NOTE
Do not take out bearing (9) unless it is damaged. Refer
t o para 13-6e for inspection procedures.
P l a c e long bar in end of steering jacket (8) opposite bearing (9). Tap out
