letter L shows a loose fit. I f readings are not within
g i v e n limits, throw away part and get a new one.
Measure out side diameter of valve spool (1).

Measure i n s i d e diameter of spool sleeve (2).

Measure c l e a r a n c e of valve spool (1) in spool sleeve (2).
3.
Measure o u t s i d e diameter (3) of spool sleeve.
4.
Measure i n s i d e diameter of valve body (4).
5.
Measure f i t of spool sleeve (2) in valve body (4).
6.
Measure a c t u a t o r l e v e r b a l l ( 5 ) .
7.
Measure c a m g r o o v e d i m e n s i o n ( 6 ) .
8.
Measure f i t of actuator lever ball (5) in cam groove (6).
9.
