WARNING

D r y cleaning solvent is flammable. Do not use near an

o p e n flame. Keep a fire extinguisher nearby when sol-

v e n t is used. Use only in well-ventilated places. Fail-

u r e to do this may result in injury to personnel and

d a m a g e to equipment.

C l e a n all parts, except cable (1), with solvent. Clean all mud and grease

off cable with dry rag.

C h e c k that cable (1) is not damaged. If cable is damaged, get a new one.

C h e c k that connecting link (2), snapring (3), washer (4), and clevis pin (5)

a r e not damaged. If parts are damaged, get new ones.

Check that handbrake lever assembly (6) is not damaged. If assembly is

d a m a g e d , get a new one.
