Cleaning.
WARNING
Dry cleaning solvent is flammable and will not
be used near an open flame. A fire extinguisher
w i l l be kept nearby when the solvent is used.
U s e only in well-ventilated places. Failure to do
t h i s may result in injury to personnel and damage
t o equipment.
(1) Clean clutch cover and flywheel with solvent. Make sure that capscrew
h o l e s are clean. L e t parts dry and wipe parts with clean cloth.
WARNING
Do not use a wire brush or compressed air to
c l e a n clutch disk facings. There may be asbestos
d u s t on the disk facings which can be dangerous
t o your health if you breathe it in.
CAUTION
Never let dry cleaning solvent, grease or oil of
o f any kind touch facing of clutch disk.
( 2 ) Clean clutch disk facings using a brush and water.
( 3 ) Clean drive hub on clutch disk with a cloth soaked in solvent.
