Put screw (1) washer (2) and clamp (3) together as shown. Put screw, washer
1.
and clamp through hole in board (4).
2. Using 1/2inch wrench and screwdriver, screw on and tighten nut (5).
3. Do steps 1 and 2 again on other end of board (4).
