FRAME 2
1. Put tire (1) onto rim (2) so that valve stem (3) will point to high part of rim
(2). Valve stem must line up with hole in rim.
2. Put valve stem (3) through hole in rim (2).
3. Seat tire (1) firmly onto rim (2).
