1.
Screw on and hand tighten two nuts (1) to screws (2).
2.
Push generator (3) towards engine and slip two drive belts (4) around
generator pulley (5).
3. Using 9/16-inch wrench, hold two screws (2). Using torque wrench and
9/16-inch socket, tighten nuts (1) to 65 to 70 pound-feet and aline holes
for cotter pins (6).
4. Using pliers, push two cotter pins (6) through nuts (1) and screws (2) and
bend open ends of cotter pins.
