TROUBLESHOOTING
REFERENCE
a. FIRE PROTECTION TEST
switch - Rotate switch counter-
clockwise to check three DETR
positions. FIRE PULL handles
should illuminate in each posi-
tion. MASTER WARNING
must be reset in each position.
b. FIRE PROTECTION TEST
switch - Rotate switch counter-
clockwise to check two EXT-
GH positions. SQUIB OK
light, associated EXTGH DIS-
CH caution light, and MAS-
TER CAUTION LIGHT
should illuminate in each posi-
tion.
*33. Fire protection system (C-12F air-
craft after serial number 86-60084)
- Check as follows:
a. ENGINE
FIRE
PROTEC-
TION TEST switches - Hold
switches to DET position,
check that FIRE PULL handle
warning lights, and MASTER
WARNING lights illuminate.
b. ENGINE FIRE PROTEC-
TION TEST switches - Hold
switches to EXT position,
check that SQUIB OK annun-
ciator and MASTER WARN-
ING lights illuminate.
