First time SRA requests

1.2.3 First time SRA requests, if approved, will be authorized for a one year period.

Thereafter, renewals will be

authorized for a three year period.

1.2.4 Request for renewal should be submitted to the ATCOM SRA office at least 60 days prior to expiration. Renewal

request should identify the ATCOM SRA number, National Stock Number (NSN), name of item, number of actual repairs

over the past year, and estimated future repairs annually.

1.2.5 An SRA Field Procedures Guide has been prepared containing guidance and examples for preparation of the SRA

request. Copies are available from the ATCOM SRA office on request.
