Priority Classification. Urgent
a. Aircraft in Use. Upon receipt of this Technical Bulletin (TB) the condition status symbol of the cited
aircraft will be changed to a red horizontal "-". The red horizontal "-" may be cleared when the inspection of
paragraph 8 below is completed. The affected aircraft shall be inspected as soon as practical but no later
than the task/inspection suspense date. Failure to comply with the requirements of this TB within the time
frame will cause the status symbol to be upgraded to red "X".
b. Aircraft in Depot Maintenance. Same as paragraph 1.a. Aircraft will not be issued until compliance
with this TB has been completed.
c. Aircraft Undergoing Maintenance. Same as paragraph 1.a. Aircraft will not be released until com-
pliance with this TB has been completed.
d. Aircraft in Transit. Same as paragraph 1.a. Inspect at final destination.
e.
Maintenance Trainers (Category A and B). Same as paragraph 1.a.
f. Component/Parts in Stock Including War Reserves at All Levels (Depot and Others) lncluding War
Reserves. Use package markings and specified contract number to identify whether component is a part spe-
cified in paragraph 7. All components of paragraph 7 were procured under contract number
DAAJ09-90-P-0889. Opening the package is only necessary if sufficient information is not available on the
package to identify the source of the component.
(1) Wholesale Stock. Upon receipt of this TB all items listed in paragraph 7 located in wholesale
depot storage shall be demilitarized and destroyed in accordance with paragraph 10.d. Report compliance
with this TB IAW paragraph 14.d.(1).
