C-6. Rejected Instrument Tag (DA Form 2417, Figure C-4)

a. This tag will be used to identify an instrument which is:

(1) Unserviceable and is turned in for repair, or is awaiting repair and/or repair

parts.

(2) Determined to be not economically repairable.
