b. Hardware. Replace damaged or missing hardware with items identified in Illustrated Parts Lists (Appendix C).

Humidity Indicator. Replace leaky humidity indicator assembly. Replace indicator card that does not display either
a blue or pink tint in 50% quadrant.
d. Relief Valves. Replace relief valve(s) that either fails to open at its pressure release setting or that opens
prematurely.
e. Skids. Replace damaged or worn skids as required.
f.
Shock Mounts. Replace shock mounts or shear mounts which have splits, tears or bond separation in elastomer,
or which are otherwise deteriorated.
g. Receptacle Cover and Chain. Replace damaged or missing record receptacle cover or service receptacle cover.
Replace broken or missing cover attaching chain or cable.
h. Molded Contour Cushions. Replace cushions which are deteriorated, damaged or contaminated. Install cushions
as follows:
NOTE
Use only those cushions identified
in  Illustrated  Parts  Lists  as
replacement items. Do not use roll
or sheet cushioning material.
(1) Make certain that bonding surfaces on cushions and in box are clean and free from any foreign material that
would inhibit bonding.
(2) Install cushions in container with adhesive identified in Illustrated Parts Lists. Apply a thick coat of adhesive to all
bonding surfaces. When adhesive becomes tacky, mate bonding surfaces.
