Take rubber sealant off brush holder terminals (1).

Take off nut (2) and lockwasher (3). Tag and take off terminal (1).
Take off nut (4), lockwasher (5), and spacer (6).

Take out brush holder ( 7), brush (8), preformed packings (9), and
screw with washer ( 10). Throw packings away.
Do steps 2 through 4 again for other brush assembly.
