WARNING

Do not use less than six universal mounting arms.

U s i n g less than six arms may cause cylinder block to

f a l l , causing damage to equipment and injury to personnel.

NOTE

Capscrews used to mount cylinder block accessories will be

u s e d to mount cylinder block to maintenance stand. Universal

mounting arms will be placed as far apart as practical a n d

a t various angles. D o not tighten capscrews until all c a p -

s c r e w s are put in.

W o r k i n g on crank side of maintenance stand, put two universal m o u n t i n g

a r m s (1) in place on mounting plate (2). Put in two cap screws (3).

P u t two L-shaped brackets (4) in place on cylinder block (5).

P u t in two capscrews (6).
