T u r n rheostat (1) until voltmeter (2) reads 24 volts. Pressure gage (3) should
read 90 to 100 psi.
P u t bucket (4) under nozzle and valve assembly (5) to catch discharged fuel.

T u r n adjustable valve (6) to give fuel flow to nozzle and valve assembly (5).

C h e c k that spray pattern (7) is a uniform, fine spray cone with an angle of
60 to 80. G e t a new nozzle and valve assembly (5) if there is no spray
p a t t e r n or if spray pattern is coarse or out of shape.
Turn off adjustable valve (6).

Turn off rheostat (1).

T u r n on adjustable valve (6) to bleed off pressure.
