C h e c k that fan (1) has no nicks, cracks or bends. Take out minor nicks with
a fine mill file. T a k e out minor bends on fan blade ends. If more repair is
n e e d e d , get a new fan.

C h e c k that 36 rivets (2) are not loose or damaged. If rivets are loose or
d a m a g e d , get a new fan (1).
C h e c k that four bolts (3) are not crossthreaded, stripped or damaged in any

C h e c k that four lockwashers (4) are not cracked or damaged in any way. If
