C h e c k that tee fittings (1) and elbow (2) have no cracks or stripped or
d a m a g e d t h r e a d s . Fix minor thread damage with a small mill file or tap.
T h r o w away badly damaged parts and get new ones.
2.
C h e c k that clamp (3) has no cracks, bends in wrong direction or breaks.
S t r a i g h t e n minor bends. Throw clamp away and get a new one if it is
b a d l y damaged.
