C h e c k that pump adapter (1) and manifold assembly

(2) are not cracked,

b e n t , dented and have no nicks, burrs or scratches

on gasket surfaces.

T a k e out minor nicks, burrs or scratches with a fine

mill file or crocus

c o t h dipped in dry cleaning solvent. I f more repair

is needed, get a new

part.

C h e c k that drive gear (3) has no cracks, nicks, burrs, scratches or worn

o r chipped gear teeth. T a k e out minor nicks, burrs or scratches with a fine

m i l l file or crocus cloth dipped in dry cleaning solvent. If more repair

i s needed, get a new part.
