T u r n over breather valve housing (1) and lay it flat on workbench as shown.

P u t diaphragm assembly (2) on breather valve housing (1), alining holes.

T h r e a d e d end of diaphragm needle (3) must face up. Valve end of diaphragm

m u s t rest in valve seat (4).

T a p threaded end of diaphragm needle (3) lightly with a short brass hammer

t o seat diaphragm needle to valve seat (4).

P u t spring (5) over threaded end of needle valve (3).

P u t breather valve spring housing (6) on breather valve housing (1), alining

holes. Put in five screw; (7) and lockwashers (8).
