WARNING
D o not use less than six universal mounting arms. Using
l e s s than six arms may cause the stand to fall, causing
d a m a g e to equipment and injury to personnel.
NOTE
Capscrews used to mount engine accessories will be used
t o mount engine to maintenance stand. Universal mount-
ing arms will be placed as far apart as practical and at
various angles.
D o not tighten capscrews until all capscrews are put in
place.
W o r k i n g on crank handle side of engine stand, put two universal mounting

a r m s (1) in place on mounting plate (2). Put in two capscrews (3).
P u t two L-shaped brackets (4) in place on engine block (5).
