FRAME 3
1.
T a k e off four nuts and washers (1) holding bottom flanges of intake manifold
(2) to cylinder heads (3).
2.
T a k e off two nuts (4) and take off oil level gage support bracket (5).
WARNING
Intake manifold (2) and exhaust manifold (7) assembly is
h e a v y . H o l d it up firmly when taking off locknuts and
w a s h e r s (6) or it may fall and cause injury to personnel.
3.
T a k e off six locknuts and washers (6) holding exhaust manifold (7) to
cylinder head (3).
4.
T a k e off intake manifold (2) and exhaust manifold (7) together as an
assembly.
5.
T a k e intake manifold (2) apart from exhaust manifold (7).
