L o o s e n jam nut (1) and unscrew adjusting screw (2) until it is free of spring

seat (3).
S l o w l y tighten adjusting screw (2) until it touches spring seat (3). Tighten

a d j u s t i n g screw 1/4 turn more and tighten jamnut (1).
