P u t fork (2) in place on shaft (3).
Slide smooth end of shaft (4) through fork (2) until slots in shaft line up with

b a l l retainer hole in housing (5).

Line up slot in shaft (4) with fork (2). Put in screw (6).
P u t in safety wire (7).
